LIVE RESEARCH | GREEN ROAD OPEN SPACEWhilst trying to research further about the Green Road open space, trying to find dimensions to begin prepping potential visuals, I discovered this document on the Tendring Council website which says that under the heading 'Potential' "Benches and a children's play area would encourage more use." This backs up my reasoning further for the need of a play area in this space and that if I were to pitch this in a real scenario, the council would more likely approve the idea as they've acknowledged that the space itself could be beneficial for the local area.
This strategy was written in 2009, and the google map images are (c) 2013, so in the space of 4 years of this being written, the potentiality of this space hadn't been used. Living locally, I need to visit the space in person and get a real sense of the space's dimensions and what's already placed on the land and the surrounding area.
